Inverter Selection
Before connecting appliances ensure that the total wattage of the load being
applied does not exceed the ratings for the inverter. Note: Some appliances
such as TVs, fridges and certain types of motors have a large startup current
surge. If using more than one appliance, switch on each appliance separately
to minimise startup current surge applied to the inverter. Short-circuiting
the output due to the use of a faulty appliance or wiring may blow an internal
fuse. If this occurs it will be necessary for the inverter to be returned to
the manufacturer for servicing.
